David Villa snubs Manchester

In a snub of Manchester City, Valencia striker David Villa has indicated through his agent that he has no intention of leaving his home country, Spain, to play soccer. However, because of Valencia’s enormous debt, around 450m euros, they may have no choice but to move the star striker.
If he has his way, he will go play for another Spanish Club such as Real Madrid or   Barcelona, but if they don’t step up to the plate to take him, Valencia may have little      option other than to move him to Man City.
His agent, Jose Luis Tamargo, insists that no amount of money could lure Villa away from his homeland.
